Booking

• A booking is confirmed once full payment and the refundable security deposit have been received.

• The hire period is for the agreed collection and return dates only.

• The person making the booking must be aged 18 years or over and accepts responsibility for all equipment hired.

Collection and Return

• Equipment must be collected and returned at the agreed times.

• All equipment should be returned clean, dry and packed in the same condition as it was collected.

• Late returns may incur additional hire charges.

Customer Responsibility

The hirer is responsible for:

• Ensuring all participants use the equipment safely.

• Providing appropriate adult supervision where children are involved.

• Checking the play area is suitable and free from hazards.

• Ensuring participants wear suitable footwear and clothing.

• Using the equipment only for its intended purpose.

• Complying with all relevant health and safety requirements.

The Pyjama Party Company accepts no responsibility for any injury, accident, loss or damage arising from the use or misuse of the equipment once it has been collected.

Equipment Care

The hirer is responsible for all equipment from the time it is collected until it is returned.

Equipment must not be:

• Left unattended in public places.

• Used in unsafe locations.

• Deliberately misused or damaged.

• Used in extreme weather where damage may occur.

Please ensure all equipment is treated with care throughout the hire period.

Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit of £50 is required for every booking.

The deposit will be returned once all equipment has been checked and confirmed to have been returned in satisfactory condition.

Reasonable wear and tear is expected and will not be charged.

However, deductions may be made where equipment is:

• Lost.

• Stolen.

• Returned damaged beyond reasonable wear and tear.

• Returned excessively dirty requiring additional cleaning.

• Missing parts or accessories.

Replacement Charges

The following charges may be deducted from the security deposit where applicable:

• Nerf gun – £10 each

• Inflatable bunker or obstacle – £10 each

• Safety glasses – 50p each

• Standard foam dart – 10p each

• Mega foam dart – 15p each

Where damage or loss exceeds the value of the security deposit, the hirer agrees to pay the outstanding balance.

Inflatable Bunkers

Inflatable bunkers and obstacles should be inflated using the pump provided.

They should not be over-inflated, dragged across rough surfaces or used in a way likely to cause punctures or damage.

Safety

Foam darts should never be aimed intentionally at another person's face or eyes.

Safety glasses should be worn by all participants throughout play.

The equipment is intended for recreational use only.

Weather

The customer is responsible for deciding whether weather conditions are suitable for outdoor play.

No refunds will be given due to poor weather once the hire period has commenced.

Cancellation

Cancellations made with reasonable notice may be transferred to an alternative available date at the discretion of The Pyjama Party Company.

Refunds are not guaranteed and will be considered in line with the notice provided.

Liability

The Pyjama Party Company shall not be liable for:

• Injury to participants.

• Damage to property.

• Loss of personal belongings.

• Any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the hired equipment.

By completing the booking, the customer confirms they have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
